-Where are you located?​

We are located at 17871 IN 23 South Bend, Indiana 46635, next to DeVon Builders. 

Please make sure you know where you're going BEFORE your appointment.

-Where do I park?

We share the parking lot with DeVon Builders. You're welcome to park on either side.

 

-Can I bring my child to my appointment?

*THIS APPLIES TO ALL RENTERS*

We have a NO children policy. That means babies and toddlers too. For the people that need this explained, it's for safety and we simply won't do your service if you don't follow our rules.:)

 

​-Are minors allowed to have an appointment at Skin House?

You must be 18 years of age to have an appointment with Danielle, Karen, or Hannah.

​-Do you sell gift cards?

Danielle and Karen offer gifts cards!​​

You will need to schedule a time to come in to purchase one. Please reach out to Danielle or Karen if you're wanting to purchase a gift card.

Gift cards EXPIRE after 6 months!​

-Will I get my deposit refunded if I need to cancel/reschedule?
No. Please keep in mind that if you’re a person who is unlikely to keep an appointment or has a frequently changing schedule, this is not the place for you. We will not continue to book you.

 

However, if Danielle or Karen need to reschedule you will receive your deposit back, or can transfer it to the rescheduled appointment.
 

-How is deposit taken?/What payment methods do you take?
Danielle and Karen take Apple Cash/Pay, card, cash, or Venmo. 

-How do I schedule an appointment?
Please reach out to Danielle, Karen or Hannah for their specific services to schedule. We do NOT schedule for each other. 

-What is your late policy?

*APPLIES TO ALL RENTERS*
Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. And yes, you’ll have to do another deposit. So don’t be late!
