F.A.Q.

-Why is there a non-refundable deposit?
This is to ensure we are paid and to ensure you show up to your appointment. This goes towards your appointment total.

-Will I get my deposit refunded if I need to reschedule?
No. Please keep in mind that if you’re a person who is unlikely to keep an appointment or has a frequently changing schedule, this is not the place for you.

-Is there a deposit for every appointment?
You bet.

 

-How is deposit taken?
Cash, card, or Venmo.

-What payments do you take?
We take cash or card. NO checks.

-How do I schedule an appointment?
Please reach out to the person you wish to make an appointment with.

 

Are minors allowed to have an appointment at Skin House?

Yes, but they must be at least 12 years of age. A guardian will have to sign a waiver for you and accompany you for the duration of the appointment. This means the parent or guardian will HAVE to stay for the appointment. 
 

-Do you take walk-ins?
Nope. We’re by appointment only,

-What is your late policy?
Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. And yes, you’ll have to do another deposit. So don’t be late!

-What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at anytime, BUT please note, we keep the deposit. Our time is just as valuable as your time. So please don't cancel last minute.

 

What is your no show policy?

No showing will result in not being able to book another appointment at Skin House.
